- 1. Tell us the basics. Dates or a rough month, how long, travel style, hotel level, who is coming and a budget. It takes about two minutes on our trip designer.
- 2. Get a priced plan within 1 hour. A day-by-day route with the hotel for each night and the price broken down, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, whichever you chose.
- 3. Change anything. Add a night in Hoi An, swap a hotel, cut a flight. Each change is re-priced.
- 4. Book and travel. A 30% deposit confirms the trip; the balance due date is on your quote. During the trip you have the same team on WhatsApp.
What you can change
- Route and pace. From 7 to 24 days; fewer hotel changes if you prefer to unpack once.
- Hotels. Homestay, 3, 4 or 5-star, and you can mix them, for example simple in the cities and a better resort at the beach.
- The cruise. We sell 98 Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay ships, so the night on the bay can be anything from a simple junk to a 5-star suite. Compare them on our Halong Bay cruise page.
- Pace for families and older travellers. Later starts, shorter drives, and family rooms where the hotel has them.
- Hard or easy. Trekking in Sapa and Ha Giang, or no trekking at all.
