How it works
- 1. Book and pay above. You get an order confirmation by email.
- 2. We confirm the car with our partner and send you a confirmation within 1 hour.
- 3. The day before, you get the driver's name, phone number and car plate by email and WhatsApp.
- 4. On the day, the driver waits at your hotel lobby, or in the airport arrivals hall with your name.
Cancellation and changes
- More than 48 hours before pick-up: cancel for a full refund, or change the date or time at no cost.
- Less than 48 hours before pick-up: no refund, because the driver and car are already reserved for you. Flight delays are not a cancellation: give us your flight number and the driver waits.
- Pick-ups between 10pm and 6am can carry a small night charge. If your time needs one, we tell you before we confirm, and you can cancel for a full refund.
