- 08:00, your guide meets you at your hotel or our office with the bicycles.
- Cycle through rice fields and shrimp farms to Tra Que Vegetable Village.
- Work the gardens with the farmers: dig, sow, plant and harvest with traditional tools, and taste E herbal water.
- Cycle on to a lantern making workshop and make your own lantern to take home.
- Local lunch, then back to your hotel around 13:00.
