The transfer out is by speed boat from La Regina's private lounge at Tuan Chau, not a slow tender.

Ignore the names on the three cheapest rooms. Bai Tu Long Suite, Halong Suite and Lan Ha Suite are all 45 sqm, at $310, $335 and $360. The names describe the view and the deck, not the room. Take the $310 unless a specific position matters to you.
Above them, Junior Grand Suite is 60 sqm at $410, then the Duplex at 90 sqm.

Day two goes ashore on Cat Ba Island to walk Trung Trang Cave, which is a land excursion rather than another paddle.
