Families first. The Family Suites take up to four adults and two children and are sold per cabin, so a family of four pays one cabin price, not four fares. Couples get the best value in the Suite Balcony; the Premium Suite is the same size, one deck higher.
The route
Check in with welcome tea at the Orchid lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, kayak at Ao Ech in the afternoon and anchor overnight at Tra Bau. Day two starts with Tai Chi, then a bus ride on Cat Ba Island to Trung Trang Cave before brunch and disembarkation around 11:00. Orchid Trendy and Orchid Premium run the same programme.
