How it works
- 1. Book and pay above with your flight date, number and time.
- 2. Within 1 hour we send you, by email and WhatsApp, the meeting point and the name shown on the sign. Send us the full name of every traveller as in the passport.
- 3. On the day look for your name sign at the meeting point. If you added a car, the driver waits outside the exit with the same sign.
Cancellation and changes
- Cancel more than 72 hours before your flight time for a full refund. After that, cancellations are not refundable, because the airport service is booked for your flight.
- Flight delayed: we follow your flight and wait.
- Flight cancelled by the airline: we move the service to your new flight date at no cost.
