Ava sells both from the same operator, and this one is not a close call. Mila Lux is the 2013 ship on Halong Bay whose entry cabin is 18 sqm at $270. Mila Grand is thirteen years newer, on the quieter bay, and gives you 45 sqm for $10 less.
Take Mila Lux only if you specifically want Halong Bay and the Ti Top climb rather than Lan Ha.
