1. Services
Ava Travel Hanoi is a travel agency based in Hanoi, Vietnam, specialising in Halong Bay cruises, day tours from Hanoi, and custom Vietnam travel packages. We act as an agent between travellers and licensed tour operators.
2. Bookings & Payment
- $0 upfront payment: We do not require any deposit or upfront payment to confirm a booking inquiry. Full payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to availability and seasonal changes.
- Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Ava Travel Hanoi via email or WhatsApp.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure: full refund
- Cancellations made 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: no refund
- Cancellations due to severe weather or force majeure: full refund or rescheduling offered
4. Traveller Responsibilities
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa) for Vietnam.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
- Travellers must follow all safety instructions provided by guides and cruise operators.
- Ava Travel Hanoi reserves the right to refuse service to travellers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who behave in a way that endangers others.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ava Travel Hanoi acts as an agent for licensed operators and is not directly liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
6. Changes to Tours
Itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide the closest possible alternative and will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved under Vietnamese jurisdiction.
