What the two days look like
This is a classic Halong Bay route from Tuan Chau Harbour. Day one brings lunch on board, Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave and Ti Top Island for the viewpoint or a swim, then a sunset party and a spring-roll cooking class before dinner. On day two you paddle into Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, have lunch while cruising back, and reach Tuan Chau around 12:00.
Choosing a cabin
All 14 cabins have a large sea-view window (no balconies), a private bathroom, air conditioning and a hot shower. The lower deck has 8 Deluxe Double/Twin cabins, the cheapest on board. The upper deck has 5 Deluxe Double/Twin cabins, a little higher above the water, for a small extra charge. There is a single Family Triple cabin (1 double bed and 2 single beds) on the upper deck: it sells out first, so book it early if you are three.
