Lan Ha Bay cruise overview
The three day, two night programme on Orchid Premium: only 5 cabins on Lan Ha Bay, all suites with a private terrace and a bathtub facing the bay, and a 24-hour butler. The extra day is spent off the main ship: a day boat to Viet Hai village on Cat Ba Island, cycling through the village, lunch on the day boat, then Dark and Bright Cave by kayak or bamboo boat.

Day 1: check-in at the Orchid lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, kayaking at Ao Ech, overnight at Tra Bau.
Day 2: Viet Hai village by bicycle (electric car at extra cost), lunch on the day boat, Dark and Bright Cave, cooking class and a second night on board.
Day 3: Tai Chi, Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island, brunch, back at Tuan Chau around 11:00.

- 07:50 – 08:20 Orchid bus leaves Hanoi for guests who add the transfer.
- 11:00 – 11:30 Check in at the Orchid lounge, Lot 32, Tuan Chau Marina, with welcome tea.
- 11:45 – 12:00 Speedboat to the ship. Welcome drink and safety briefing.
- 12:45 Buffet lunch as the ship cruises into Halong and Lan Ha Bay.
- 14:45 Kayaking at Ao Ech.
- 16:00 Cruise on to Tra Bau, where the ship anchors for the night.
- 18:00 Cooking demonstration, or happy hour at the bar at sunset. Massage is available at extra cost.
