- 08:00 - 08:30 Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Transfer is an add-on, quoted separately. Ava confirms the pickup point after booking.
- 08:30 - 11:00 Road transfer to Halong International Cruise Port, about 2.5 hours.
- 11:30 Check in at the Ambassador Lounge inside the port terminal.
- 12:00 Board the ship. Welcome drink and safety briefing from the cruise manager in the Piano Lounge.
- 12:30 - 13:30 Lunch served while the vessel sails out to Lan Ha Bay.
- 14:30 - 16:00 Viet Hai Village. Walk through the fish lakes, bee houses and old village homes, or try a fish foot massage. If you would rather stay on board, there are homemade cakes and sun loungers on the top deck, and the spa takes bookings at extra cost.
